Hebru flu
For those of us who look at language as found or meant poetry, it is all a form of Hebrew influenza, missing vowels that permit the multiplication of metaphorical meaning.
And so the toiling of language in its multiplication of meaning, intentional or otherwise, becomes pathological, a perpetual or at least chronic human flu, symptomatic of acute labyrinthitis, very like an extremely complex poem, inviting (dooming) us to wander, somewhat lost, among the possibilities, hopping between islands of meaning ...
