Natural language relies on ambiguity. It creates a relationship between sign and signified that is metaphorical, that allows for, that promotes multiple meanings, especially in context. This mapping of sign to signified is independent of context in a well-wrought programming language. In fact, let's not dignify it with the term language. Let's call it "code."
