Lisa and her pet gargoyle Sym were latecomers to Rancho Deluxe but very avid and active participants in the narratives generated there. Unlike Poly and Sourcerer, Lisa rarely posted in non-Rancho-related threads. It was obvious from their interactions that Lisa and Poly shared a special bond, in part because much of the discourse in alt.cyberpunk was dominated by males.
